Whether you have previously used a corporate email or not, prior to using Google Workspace, you will need to set up your DNS (Domain Name System) and back-end settings, verify and add your domain name server records before logging into Google Workspace to use your Gmail for business. If you are not familiar with Google Workspace, or if you have no IT personnel to complete the setup, our dedicated representative can assist you with the implementation procedures. Even if you do not understand Google Workspace, you will only need to log in to start using it.

The work environment for Google Workspace requires setup prior to implementation. We will complete the process on your behalf for a one-time setup fee (only account fee will be charged afterwards). After providing us with information required to set up Google Workspace work environment, it will only take 3 working days for a Google certified team to complete the implementation and activation of Google Workspace.
Availability of Complete Follow-up Resources
We provide a “Google Workspace Online Training Platform” and “User and Administrator Instruction Manual” to help administrators and users to quickly familiarize themselves with Google Workspace operations. Administrators can also refer to the manual to modify setup options on their own.
Overview of Service Procedures
IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
Our Google certified “Google Workspace Admin” will organize your company’s relevant system data in order to propose the most suitable implementation plan and execution date for the work environment. You will be asked to confirm the implementation plan prior to execution.
Preceding Operation
Following your confirmation of the implementation plan, we will contact you once again to confirm whether other relevant information (such as domain name and Google Workspace registration information) is accurate prior to official implementation. We will set up your Google Workspace work environment and administrator account to facilitate a smooth implementation.
Official Implementation (setup and activation)
At this stage, we will set up your “Google Workspace Admin Console” and “Create Admin Account” and help verify and add DNS records. After completion, our dedicated representative will conduct a test to ensure that system is functional before you log in to use the service.
Follow-up Application Resources
After the successful implementation and activation of Google Workspace, we will provide your administrator with an online training platform and instruction manual to facilitate the learning about Google Workspace for both administrator and users, and help your administrator complete the Admin Console setup through procedures described in the manual.
